Pour le sketchcrawl de mai les Urban Sketchers Luxembourg rendront une visite au 1535° Creative Hub à Differdange, pour dessiner les locaux du Hub, les environs témoins du passé industriel et les chefs d‘oeuvres dans l’exposition CRAFT 3.0, organisée dans le cadre de ESCH 2022.

Rendez-vous le  DIMANCHE 8 MAI 2022 à 14h à l’entrée du Batiment B (porte à l’arrière du batiment) 1535° Creative Hub 115 rue Emile Marck, 4620 Differdange 115 rue Emile Marck, 4620 Differdange

Je ne pourrai pas vous joindre cette fois-çi, mais j’ai hâte de voir vos résultats!

For the May sketchcrawl the Urban Sketchers Luxembourg will pay a visit to the 1535° Creative Hub in Differdange, to draw the premises of the hub, the surroundings, witnesses of the industrial past, and the masterpieces in the CRAFT 3.0 exhibition, organised in the framework of ESCH 2022.

Pour notre sketchcrawl de avril nous allons retourner au plateau du Kirchberg pour répéter, continuer ou peaufiner (ou, pour ceux qui n’ont pas pu participer le samedi dernier,  commencer) nos croquis sur le thème des vues panoramiques “Sur les traces de Wenzel Callot”.

En cas de pluie nous trouverons refuge dans le Musée Drai Eechelen ou dans le MUDAM.

February Sketchcrawl of Urban Sketchers Luxembourg at the Autofestival - Garage Bilia-Emond

 

For our February sketchcrawl, during the Autofestival, we went to sketch the remarkable building of the Garage Bilia-Emond (former garage Arnold Kontz).

Do enjoy this little film… 

It was cold and windy, but dry, so we could start sketching outside, on the other side of the Route de Thionville, where you have the best view of this Modernist building.

 

 

 

 

Cold fingers and cold feet: we were very welcome in the show room to warm up and to make sketches of the cars for sale.

After the break we went over to the other side to admire and sketch the shiny motorcycles:
