On this drizzly October afternoon, Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl gave us a warm welcome to their wine cellars. We were allowed to sketch there all afternoon and they even offered us a glass of tasty Auxerrois: always good for sketching inspiration.

At the end of the afternoon some of us tasted Schmit-Fohl’s great Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris!
